This wholesome oat based snack is easy to throw together and it is low in sugar. Snackles can also be made gluten and dairy free for families with allergies and make a great "grab and go" snack any time of day!!


  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup oat flour*

  • 1/3 cup raisins *

  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1/2 cup undeeetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Combine the oats, oat flour, raisins, coconut, baking powder, cinnamon, and lemon zest stirring to mix well.

  4. Add the apple sauce, maple syrup, and milk. Stir until well incorporated.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to transfer batter to the baking sheets.

  6. Bake 14-15 minutes

  7. Enjoy!!

* I have also had success with wheat flour and quinoa flour. You could also use cacao nibs or any dried fruit in place of raisins
