Fueling the Temple's 6 week Spring Training Program will run from May 5th to June 15th and we want you to consider joining us! This program is designed to help you focus on glorifying God through caring for your body this spring. WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE? There will be three main components to this program. First, there is Refining the Temple. We will be working our way through a 5 week devotional called "Love beyond Looks" written by my friend Kasey Shuler. There will be "homework" for you to complete during the week and then we will come together for a virtual date as a group once a week to discuss the lessons. You will receive a copy of this book as part of your registration. *It is important to sign up ahead of time to get your materials before the program starts* Second, there is Fueling the Temple. There will be a clean eating challenge with meal ideas, meal planning tips, and a Pinterest board full of great recipes. Third, there is Training the Temple. There will be 6 weeks of killer workouts that are designed to be done at home or in the gym. There will be minimal equipment required and video tutorials to explain any moves that you are unfamiliar with. Also included is a closed Facebook group for accountability, idea sharing, and any questions that you may have. Lastly, you will have access to me for any questions that you may have. I will answer questions within a 24 hour period. Virtual dates * online Video meetingss via Zoom will be on Sunday at 4pm EST
